Volunteers are needed to assist with the effective operation of the
Start, Site, Event Feed Station or Finish Site (dependent on site
allocation).
Being a Site Volunteer
You would be helping to:

Direct the participants into, through or out of the site
-
Handout the feed station items to the participants
-
Keep the feed station items topped up and clear away all rubbish
-
Give help, advice and information to participants and spectators
-
Hand out finish goody bags (Finish Site only)
-
Assist with the set up and clear up of the site
-
Carry out any other appropriate tasks as requested by the Site
Manager
Depending on exact site and duty allocated the start time will vary
from 06:30 to 12:00 and the finish time from 12:00 to 19:00.
Please indicate on application form the earliest time you can start
and the latest you can finish.
Being a Registration Volunteer
You would be helping to:
Your Main Duties would be to:

Direct the participants into, through or out of the Registration
Area

Handout the entry forms to the participants
-
Check and then process the completed entry forms and then issue
event number and entry pack to the participant.

Give help, advice and information to participants and spectators
-
Assist with the set up and clear up of the Registration Area
-
Carry out any other appropriate tasks as requested by the
Registration Manager
Times Required From 06:45 to 14:00 (includes Family Fun Ride
registration)
